How to move your Spotify music

A playlist moves by link. Liked Songs or a big library moves as a file.

A playlist: by link
  1. 1Open the playlist in Spotify.
  2. 2Choose … → Share → Copy link to playlist.
  3. 3In Sortune, open Spotify → YouTube → Link and paste it.

The playlist must be public (… → Make public). A link shows only the first 100 tracks.

Sortune creates a private YouTube Music playlist with the same name and the tracks in the same order. It also likes the tracks on YouTube: Also like these tracks on YouTube is on by default, and you can switch it off.

How long it takes
  • YouTube limits how many tracks Sortune can add a day — for all users together.
  • So a big library moves over several days.
  • Sortune carries on by itself every day. You can close the tab.
  • Progress is on Spotify → YouTube.

Free: one transfer, up to 50 tracks. Sortune Pro moves whole libraries.

Tracks Sortune isn't sure about

They wait for you under Needs review on the transfer's page: pick the right video or skip the track.
